Your client calls, written up and kept.
Echo records the Teams calls you choose and transcribes them on your computer. Claude then writes the minutes and keeps each client's board of tasks, decisions and risks up to date, every item with the words it came from.

The problem. For consultants, account and delivery leads and PMs who work with several clients, the things that matter are said in calls: a date agreed, a task promised, a risk raised. A week later, nobody is sure who said what.
What Echo does. It records the calls you choose, transcribes them on your computer, and writes down what was decided, who owes what and what's still open, with the exact words and the time they were said.
What you get. Minutes after every call, one board per client that keeps itself current, a list of what you owe and what you're waiting for, and answers to "what did we agree about this?"

What this call changed
After every call, Echo shows what it changed on the client's board: each task, decision, risk and question, with the words that caused it, who said them and when. Try it on a made-up call.
- Said on a call. The transcript is made on your computer, with speaker names from Teams.
- On the board, with its quote. Claude, through your own account, turns it into a card.
- Checked by a second pass. Your edits always win. Nothing about people changes without your yes.
- Closed by a later call. Or by the meeting chat in between, again with the quote.

From call to answer
-
Only the Teams calls you choose, or a meeting you mark in the calendar; never on its own. Transcribed on your computer (whisper.cpp or Nemotron) in your languages. Live notes and "What did I miss?".
-
Minutes with decisions, actions and open questions, each line linked to its moment. Your own notes merged in; shared screens if you want them.
-
Calls grouped into threads by meeting series, people and chat. Stories, tasks, decisions, risks and questions, kept current from calls and the meeting chat, checked by a second pass.
-
What you owe, what's owed to you, who you're waiting on, with each person's next meeting. Needs you: every decision waiting on you, in one place.
-
A stakeholder map by influence and interest, org charts, and who's new or gone quiet. Nothing about a person changes without your yes.
-
The Brain, off until you turn it on: one search across calls, channels, mail and project files, numbers from the real cells. Insights per client, each client kept apart.
-
Claude, built into the window, knows what you're looking at: this call, this thread, this client. The Brain is also an MCP server for your own Claude Code.
Record the Teams calls you choose. A live transcript and live notes as it happens, and "What did I miss?" when you step away.
Private by design
Echo has no servers of its own and collects no telemetry. Your memory is a folder of files on your computer, and call text goes only to the AI you choose: Claude through your own account, or a local model.
